Paul Whigham is an accomplished project executive and consulting leader with extensive experience managing high-stakes infrastructure, construction, and system-driven initiatives for both government and private sector clients. As Managing Partner of Vision Advisors Group, he brings a hands-on, results-driven approach to strategic project execution across a wide range of industries.

With a foundation built in general contracting, Paul has developed a broad, practical understanding of construction processes across all major trades. He has successfully managed large-scale projects including data centers, logistics facilities, and secure government sites—earning a reputation for clear communication, schedule discipline, and operational leadership. His experience allows him to align diverse teams, mitigate risk, and ensure consistent delivery in complex environments.

He is certified by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a Quality Control Manager (QCM) and has led domestic and international assignments, including current consulting work supporting U.S. government operations in Warsaw, Poland.
